Buying on Kokit

• Kokit is a platform connecting food creators with food lovers. We facilitate discovery, reservations, ticketing, and communications between creators and guests.
• Kokit is an intermediary marketplace platform. When you place an order or book an experience, the contract for the food service is directly between you and the creator.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• All payments processed through Kokit use secure third-party payment gateways. Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes (VAT) unless stated otherwise.
• Kokit strives for maximum platform reliability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We reserve the right to update or modify features as the platform grows.

Privacy Policy

How we handle your data

• We comply strictly with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect only necessary personal data required to operate the service, process transactions, and provide user support.
• We never sell your personal data to third parties. You have the right to inspect, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting hi@kokit.fi.

Community Guidelines

How we treat each other

• Users and creators must not upload false, misleading, or offensive content. Respect for dietary preferences, food allergies, and community safety is mandatory.
• Creators must provide accurate business, hygiene, and contact information during onboarding to comply with Finnish food safety regulations.
